The bride and groom called me a week or so before their wedding and they were like, "We need Cupcakes!" They knew they wanted a pineapple coconut cupcake with coconut frosting and a chocolate cupcake with mint icing.  I had never made either flavor!  So I went into the kitchen and started experimenting and made them some samples for pick up and they loved them!  Wheeeww!

We decorated the coconut pineapple with shredded coconut and a red heart and the mint cupcakes with chocolate sprinkles!  It was perfect!  I was so happy to be a part of their special day!  And I added a few new flavors under to my repertoire!!
